Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Must be able to keep all the records of quality and ISO related documents in soft and hard.
Sound knowledge of process inspection, incoming inspection, welding inspection, pre dispatch inspection, line inspection, layout inspection, material inspection, sample inspection and final inspection.
Must have ability to resolve the quality defects /issues.
Must have sound knowledge of usage of measuring instruments.
Must have sound knowledge of 7 QC tool, CAPA, kaizen.
Must be able to analyze the root cause of rejection ( CAPA ).
Knowledge of customer complain handling.
Knowledge of welding & sheet metal fabrication.
Quality of leadership, interpersonal skills, soft spoken, result oriented.
