Team Lead

Key Responsibilities. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe operations. Train and develop team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Plan and allocate resources, such as personnel and equipment, to ensure optimal warehouse efficiency.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required. Communicate effectively with other departments to achieve company goals.

 Other Qualifications. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Proficient in the use of warehouse management software ERP and inventory systems.
