Senior SAP Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-cycle SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to project budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide leadership in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Support post-go-live activities, including stabilization and knowledge transfer.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and project best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 7 to 15 years of experience in SAP project management.
• Proven track record in managing SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, integration points, and business processes.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management and project governance.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage large, complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
