Urgent Hiring - AM/DM Business Development

Role & responsibilities

Business Opportunity Identification:

• Identify potential clients across sectors such as construction, real estate, hospitals, and industries with a focus on wastewater treatment needs.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to map opportunities in wastewater plant design, installation, construction, and O&M (Operation & Maintenance).

Client Engagement & Field Visits:

• Conduct regular field visits to target industries to understand their wastewater treatment requirements and propose customized solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to drive convergence of work orders.
• Present company services, project proposals, and solutions to clients to secure new business opportunities.

Lead Generation & Conversion:

• Develop strategies for generating leads and securing new business, focusing on sectors with high demand for wastewater infrastructure.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead identification, engagement, negotiation, and contract closure.

Project Coordination & Convergence:

• Liaise with technical teams to align project offerings with client requirements, particularly for the installation and construction of wastewater treatment plants.
• Converge opportunities into work orders, ensuring alignment with the organizations service capabilities and strategic goals.

Strategic Partnerships & Networking:

• Develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders and influences in wastewater management to enhance the company's market positioning.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and forums to expand the companys network and visibility in the wastewater treatment domain.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, including field visit summaries, sales pipeline status, and project site progress.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales data, and project leads.

Collaboration with Technical Teams:

• Work closely with the design, construction, and O&M teams to ensure that client expectations are met throughout the project life-cycle.
• Provide feedback to technical teams based on client requirements and market trends to help improve service offerings.

Market Trend Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze market trends in wastewater treatment technologies and services to keep the company competitive and innovative.
