Opportunity For AGM - HR

Lyfius Pharma Pvt. Limited is looking for AGM - HR to join our team at Kakinada, AP.

Role & responsibilities :

Will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, and provide guidance and support to regional management and employees on HR-related matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience, strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
objectives.

2) Hands of experience in unit operations, Industrial relations, and HR practice.

3) Provide guidance and support to regional management and employees on HR policies,
procedures, and best practices.

4) Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and
disciplinary actions.

5) Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

6) Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for the region, including sourcing, interviewing,
and hiring qualified candidates.

7) Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

8) Manage performance evaluation processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers
and employees.

9) Participate in regional and company-wide meetings and events as required.

Skills/Qualifications:

1) MBA or MSW or equivalent degree

2) 15+ years of progressive HR experience

3) Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.

4) Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives

5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6) Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and confidentially.
