Role & responsibilities

To monitor and execute the project related activities, smooth functioning of instruments calibration activities and effective implementation of cGMP.

Functional:

• Execution of instrumentation project related activities and preparation of the instruments. requirement data sheet etc.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of all types of instruments at site.
• Monitoring day-to-day breakdown and instrumentation calibration activities.
• Execution of project activities like instrumentation related through engineering requisition.
• Ensuring department related SOPs are in place and follow the same.
• To ensure updating of all documents like log sheets and calibration records.
• Monitoring the minimum stock of instrumentation spares in ERP.
• Preparation of instrumentation related SOP and Formats.
• Preparation of Installation Qualification Protocols and reports.
• Preparation of calibration schedules of respective area.
• Preparation of Periodical temperature mapping, HVAC system and utility testing Protocols and reports
• Safety Health and Environmental related works as per SHE Policy.
• To attend the periodical training program conducted by QA, Safety, Outsource employee and other departments and any other external training programs conducted by management.
• All other works allotted by immediate superior.

cGMP:

• To follow the SOPs and set procedures in day to day job as per job profile.
• Participate in all essential training.

Report the issues of suspected breach to data integrity (if any) to immediate supervisor.

Accountability:

• Responsible for monitoring and smooth functioning of instruments maintenance & calibration activities.

Delegation of Responsibility:

• Another Executive/Assistant will be delegated to oversee the concerned activities in his absence/leave.
