External Relationship Management:Build and nurture relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry associations, clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders
Represent the organization in external meetings, negotiations, and discussions to address concerns and foster positive relationships
Regulatory Compliance and Advocacy:Monitor regulatory changes, policies, and compliance requirements relevant to the organization's operations
Liaise with government departments to ensure compliance and advocate for the organization's interests in regulatory matters
Facilitation and Coordination:Act as a facilitator between internal departments and external entities to ensure smooth communication, collaboration, and resolution of issues
Coordinate meetings, events, and discussions to address concerns, gather feedback, or negotiate terms beneficial to the organization
Conflict Resolution:Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise between the organization and external stakeholders
Work towards finding mutually beneficial solutions while protecting the interests of the organization
Information Exchange and Reporting:Gather and exchange information between the organization and external entities, ensuring relevant parties are informed of important developments
Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation regarding interactions, agreements, or regulatory updates
