Assembly Shop [Tool Room In-charge]

Major Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Tool & torque mgmt.; HIVIS pass ratio mgmt. & top mgmt. reporting, Tools contract & spares management, Tools calibration as per defined frequency 2. New Tool mgmt.; New tools requirement planning, sourcing & benchmarking with overseas plant & try-out, Ordering the new tools & implementation & linking to GQMS. 3. Revenue Budget (Consumables); Overall Consumables Revenue budget management and accountability. Optimized budget consumption to achieve the profitability target 4. Material Source change/E.O change; New material trial & performance validation with Qc, ISIR (initial sample inspection report) approval & material sourcing/implementation. 5. Legal compliance; Hazardous/flammable storage material legal compliance adherence. Safety Equipments legal compliance adherence 6. Profitability; Achieve the profitability target by optimizing the budget & resource usage as per plan. Planning the resources & budget to effectively achieve the yearly profitability tgt. 7. Supply chain; To ensure safety while handling sub materials as per defined safety standards (To comply OHSAS and EMS), Hands on experience on Chemical handling & decanting process (Gasoline, DSL, Washer, Coolant, etc.) 8. Waste Management; To monitor & ensure Segregation & Storage of Waste, Disposal of waste as per procedure Education: B.E /M.E [Mechanical / Automobile / Production] Relevant /Total Experience: 3-5 Yrs.
