Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory
Provide expert legal advice on corporate and commercial matters.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across the organization.
Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.
Monitor contractual obligations and ensure timely compliance.
Compliance Management
Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated on legislative changes and advise on organizational impact.
Risk Management
Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Oversee dispute resolution and manage litigation or arbitration cases.
Litigation Management
Coordinate with external counsel on disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings as required.
Corporate Governance
Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
Draft and maintain corporate policies and procedures.
Secretarial Functions
Oversee statutory filings, registers, and regulatory compliance.
Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
Mitigate legal and compliance risks proactively.
Team Management
Supervise and guide junior legal staff.
Conduct training sessions on legal topics, such as compliance and corporate law.
Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Must Have skills:
Experience : Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent understanding of legal and technical domains.
