Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SMT Operator with expertise in Mycronic Pick & Place machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SMT machine programming, preventive maintenance, and component teaching, ensuring seamless and high-quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, program, and maintain Mycronic Pick & Place machines (My300 series).
• Perform preventive maintenance on SMT machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Set up, calibrate, and program SMT machines for production runs, including component teaching and fine-tuning for accuracy.
• Prepare components, feeders, and nozzles for efficient machine operation.
• Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues promptly to maintain production flow.
• Perform quality checks on assembled PCBs in compliance with IPC standards.
• Maintain production logs and report deviations or defects to the production team.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve processes and achieve production goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SMT Operator with Mycronic Pick & Place machines.
• Strong knowledge of SMT processes, preventive maintenance, and programming.
• Proficiency in component teaching and setting up SMT machines.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and quality control in electronics manufacturing.
• Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of solder paste printers and reflow ovens.
