Junior Design Architect - Industrial or Commercial Projects (Thane)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in planning, designing and managing the construction / designing Architectural projects

Present Drawings and Plans for Approval.

Co-ordinate with the projects team to ensure design integrity and Quality

Compile needed Blue Prints, specifications and Construction reports

Conduct site visit and surveys to gather information necessary for design development

Ensure compliance with Building codes and regulations and Laws

Maintain accurate Project documentation, including drawings, specifications and project correspondence

Prepare Architectural Design or GFC Drawings (Floor Plans, Section, Detailing as per facades and as per project requirements
