Role & responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finalization Tally, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny

2. GST Compliance GST return filing, reconciliations, e-invoicing, GSTR-2A/2B matching

3. Income Tax ITR filing, TDS calculations & returns, advance tax working

4. Audit & Compliance Tax audit, statutory audit support, documentation

5. Team Management Guiding juniors, reviewing work, training new team members

6. MIS & Reporting Financial statements, cash flow & profit analysis

7. Software Knowledge Tally, Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP), GST & ITR filing software

8. Communication Skills Client handling, query resolution, email drafting

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification – CA Inter (Both Groups Preferred) or Semi-Qualified CA
• Experience – Minimum 2-3 years in accounting, taxation & compliance
• Accounting Knowledge – Strong understanding of Tally, finalization, and reconciliations
• GST & Income Tax Expertise – Filing returns, GST reconciliation, TDS, and tax audits
• Leadership Skills – Ability to guide and train junior team members
• Analytical Thinking – Problem-solving approach with attention to detail
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with accounting & tax software, MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
• Good Communication – Client handling, email drafting, and coordination skills
