Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive consumer insights strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
2. Conduct qualitative research (e.g., focus groups, in-depth interviews) and quantitative research (e.g., surveys, data analysis) to gather deep consumer insights.
3. Analyze consumer behavior, trends, and feedback to identify latent needs, pain points, and opportunities for delight.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate consumer insights into business strategies.
6. Monitor and report on key consumer insights metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform research initiatives and business strategies.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external research partners and agencies to enhance the quality and scope of insights.
9. Mentor and develop a team of consumer insights professionals, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.
