Vice President - Finance - IPO (10-16 yrs)

Our client specialise in developing, manufacturing, and marketing a diverse range of pharmaceutical formulations across major therapeutic areas, including anti-infectives, cardiovascular, anti-diabetic, dermatology, and hormone treatments.

The expertise spans the development, manufacturing, and global distribution of pharmaceutical products in multiple dosage forms such as solid orals, liquid orals, topical formulations, injectables (dry powder), metered dose inhalers, and dry powder inhalers

Responsibilities:

- Investor Relations/Compliance Liaison between public and company on financial matters.

- Maintain positive image of the company.

- Facilitate financial analyst meeting and address queries.

- Facilitate company's annual meetings Create and review agenda.

- Produce quarterly/annual shareholder reports.

- Spearhead IPO Process

- Due Diligence

- Lead and coordinate with SEBI.

- Responsible for overall ethics and compliance.

- Long term funding requirements and plan resources accordingly

- END TO END IPO experience is a must!
