Key Responsibilities:
1. IPO Preparation:
- Lead the end-to-end process of preparing the company for its IPO.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap and ensure readiness across all departments.
2. Financial Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and readiness of financial data required for IPO filings.
- Oversee financial audits and related documentation processes.
3. Due Diligence Management:
- Coordinate with merchant bankers and regulatory bodies to facilitate thorough due diligence.
- Address all information and documentation requirements effectively.
4. Media Briefing and Investor Engagement:
- Manage media briefing sessions to build the company's market reputation.
- Organize and oversee investor roadshows to attract potential investors.
5. Regulatory Query Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies to resolve all queries promptly and accurately.
6. DRHP Filing and IPO Execution:
- Oversee the drafting, review, and filing of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP).
- Ensure compliance with all pre- and post-IPO regulatory requirements.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with regulators, merchant bankers, and other financial institutions.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
1. Proven expertise in handling IPO processes, with at least 5 successfully managed IPOs.
2. Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, bankers, and merchant bankers.
3. In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing requirements, and compliance standards.
4. Exceptional project management and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
2. Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in handling IPOs and corporate finance. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
