The Platform Engineer is an advanced role that reporting to a Platform Architect and supports all aspects of relevant marketing technologies like Salesforce, Bloomreach, mParticle, and other similar platforms in the space.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues to mitigate risk.
Respond to application and integration failures.
Demonstrate proficient communication skills with diverse groups/roles, both internal and external.
Engage directly with client technical teams.
Lead implementation tasks and oversee client progress toward assigned objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams during all phases of an implementation.
Data modeling, attribute mapping and data integrations across disparate platforms.
Thorough documentation of implementation efforts.
Cloud storage administrations and data movement using ADLS, AWS S3 and/or GCP.
Advanced problem solving and technical debugging skills.
Highly motivated professional capable of working autonomously.
API and Webhook development and integration experience.
Assist in the documentation and development of packages and data kits that will be monetized as out-of-the-box use case solutions for CDP implementations.
Engage in QA for a variety of implementation strategies.
Strong technical problem solving and debugging skills.
Development of personalization logic using a combination of Jinja and HTML.
Background/Experience.
Bachelor or advanced degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
Hands on expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Jinja, SQL, PostgreSQL.
CRM experience specifically pertaining to campaign journey orchestration, audience segmentation and audience activation.
Accreditation or proficiency in Marketing Technology Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Personalization, Bloomreach Engagement and/or mParticle.
