Finance Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for hospitality and insurance operations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards and regulations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the development and management of budgets for various departments within the hospitality and insurance sector.
- Provide insights on financial performance, forecast trends, and suggest areas for cost optimization.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and analyze expenses, revenue generation, and operational costs to ensure financial efficiency.
- Identify areas of cost reduction while maintaining service quality in the Hospitality and insurance processes.
Accounts Management:
- Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliation.
- Ensure smooth processing of invoices, claims, and other financial transactions related to Hospitality And insurance services.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in the finance and insurance sectors. Assist with audits and handle queries related to financial and tax compliance.
Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance, including investment opportunities, profitability, and resource allocation.
Collaboration with Departments:
- Work closely with Hospitality administration, insurance claims departments, and other business units to provide financial support and improve operational efficiency.
Financial Systems & Software:
- Utilize financial software to track and analyze financial transactions.
- Assist in the implementation of new financial systems or tools for better data management and reporting.
Internal Controls:
- Develop and enforce internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure proper financial practices are followed.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are a plus.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or analysis within the hospitality or insurance sector.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Hospitality and insurance financial practices, including revenue cycle management, claims processing, and healthcare billing.
- Proficient in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the Hospitality and insurance industries.
