As the semiconductor industry grows, Anora is expanding its operations and seeking experienced CNC VMC Operators to support our innovative manufacturing processes.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled CNC VMC Operator to handle the setup, operation, and maintenance of Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) at our Chennai facility. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CNC programming, tool setup, and quality control to ensure precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC VMC machines based on technical drawings.
• Load materials, input programs, and adjust settings for optimal production.
• Install and calibrate tooling and fixtures for each job.
• Inspect parts using precision instruments to maintain tight tolerances.
• Adjust programs as needed and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma required; vocational training preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 0 - 2 years in CNC VMC operations; G-code & Programming Setter knowledge preferred
• Skills: Ability to read technical drawings, use precision tools, and maintain high production quality.
