Job Summary:

The Record to Report (R2R) Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end R2R process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. This role involves collaboration with various departments to gather financial data, perform reconciliations, and prepare financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, including the Statement of Net Position, Statements of Revenues, Expenses and Changes in Net Position, and Statement of Cash Flows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

• Month-End Close: Oversee the month-end closing process, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis, to ensure timely and accurate closure of financial periods.

• Compliance and Control: Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures, maintaining compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements. Manage preparation of all statutory compliance documentation and provide support for statutory and tax audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
