Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services. Technical Support: Provide technical advice and expertise to both sales teams and clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring that the proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with customer needs. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and workshops to showcase features and benefits, highlighting the competitive advantages of the solution. RFPs & RFIs: Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs) by preparing customized and compelling content. Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to ensure that proposals are competitive and aligned with market demands. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and are technically viable. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor during the presales process. Post-Sales Handover: Ensure a smooth transition to the post-sales and delivery teams by clearly communicating client needs, expectations, and agreed-upon solutions.
