Digital Marketing Executive

ANJ America is seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our

dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing,

and optimizing our digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand

awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads for our business. You will work closely with the

marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns that support business objectives and

target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels

such as Google Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display

advertising.

• Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive conversions, engagement, and traffic,

ensuring that KPIs are met.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer

insights to improve campaign strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for digital platforms,

including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.

• Manage and grow the companys presence across social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, posting,

and engagement.

• Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using

tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.

• Assist in the creation of landing pages, lead forms, and other assets that drive

engagement and conversions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to

continuously improve our strategies.

• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to implement campaigns

or procure digital assets.

• Work with the design and content teams to ensure branding and messaging are

consistent across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (6 + years) in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media

management.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, web analytics, and performance

metrics.

• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush),

and social media platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented attitude, capable of working independently as

well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
