Openings for Team Lead- Medical Billing.

Job Role: Team Lead-AR

Exp:3-5 years (Team Lead in Paper)

Location: Okkiyampettai, Thuraipakkam, Chennai

Shift timings: Day Shift (8:00 Am - 5:00 Pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Should have worked as a Team Lead-AR Analyst.
• Good knowledge of revenue cycle and denial management concept.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to Team Members.
• Supervise daily operations and manage team workflows.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with policies.
• Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis.
• Manage operations through end-to-end volume planning, process document review and root cause analysis.
• Assist with new team member training and ramp monitoring.
  

Required Candidate profile

• Minimum 1-3 years of Team Lead experience (in Paper).
• Proficiency with billing software.
