Job Title: Service Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or related financial services.

Proven expertise in managing relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.

Strong knowledge of PMS, AIF, Bonds, and unlisted securities investment with hands-on experience in investment execution.

In-depth understanding of Mutual fund execution, including familiarity with cutoffs, exit loads, and the financial implications of transactions.

Experience in using execution platforms such as BSE Start, NSE, and other trading platforms.

Knowledge of Depository services, Broking accounts, and their operations, with an understanding of account setups, transactions, and related processes.

Strong follow-up skills with the ability to proactively check the status of ongoing processes, ensuring all client requests and transactions are completed on time.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely completion of tasks, even in high-pressure situations.
