Pitch Analyst/Market Analyst - Business Valuation (2-5 yrs)

Pitch Analyst (Business Valuation).

Location: Chennai.

Work requirements:

- Preparing pitch books, information memorandums, industry studies, company profiles, company focused discussion documents related to various industries.

- Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking etc.

- Experience of financial/business modelling and valuation.

- Experience in building, auditing, reviewing, and updating financial models.

- Exposure of writing equity research reports, building financial models (DCF, forecasting, etc).

- Strong working knowledge of accounting standards integration of financial statements, and financial analysis in Excel.

- Excellent understanding of corporate finance principles, ransaction structures and valuation techniques.

- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors.

Experience & Qualification:

- Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification.

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the Investment banking space.

- Strong statistical and analytical skills to assess the economic performance / analysis of companies and industries for clients.

- The candidate should have the ability to work independently and possesses the management / leadership skills to run the research on a day-to-day basis.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with proven presentation creation and delivery experience.

- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
