Architect / AR. Draftsman

Experience of Planning, working drawing, Municipal drawing.

Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Design Support:
Create detailed architectural drawings and blueprints for construction and renovation projects, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Assist in the design development process by producing accurate technical drawings that adhere to the projects design intent.
Work with architects to refine and finalize design concepts, offering technical input to enhance design efficiency.
Software Proficiency and Technical Drafting:
Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software to produce accurate and high-quality drawings and plans.
Prepare 3D models and visual representations of projects for presentation and client review.
Ensure all drawings are up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure technical accuracy in designs.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve design challenges and deliver optimal solutions.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure that drawings align with construction practices.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Review and verify design drawings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations and building codes.
Ensure drawings are prepared according to established standards, specifications, and procedures.
Perform site visits, if necessary, to gather data and take measurements for accurate drawings.
