Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with a specialization in SAP S/4HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, excellent sales skills, and the ability to manage and nurture client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
2. Sales and Marketing:
• Promote SAP S/4HANA solutions to potential clients.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Provide post-sale support and ensure successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Gather client feedback and provide insights for continuous improvement.
4. Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to counteract them.
• Provide regular reports on market conditions and business development activities.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with the SAP S/4HANA implementation team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align business development activities with overall company goals.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA solutions and their applications.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
