Hiring For IT Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Windows Server Administration:

Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Servers (2003, 2008, 2012).

Manage day-to-day server administration functions, including backup, restoration, and file server maintenance.

Active Directory and DNS Management:

Oversee Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management, and WSUS.

Manage user accounts, groups, print queues, and access rights using Active Directory.

Change Management:

Administer change management processes related to server upgrades and software installations.

Performance Monitoring and Tuning:

Monitor server performance and implement tuning strategies for optimal functionality.

VMware and Office 365:

Utilize VMware 5.5 to support Windows 2003/2008/2012 environments.

Manage Office 365, including user licenses and Microsoft licenses.

Symantec Endpoint Protection:

Maintain Symantec Endpoint Protection Ver. 14.0 for ensuring the security of the IT infrastructure.

Network and Connectivity Management:

Design and implement LAN/WAN/WLAN solutions.

Manage network components, including telephone, mobile lines, internet, and overall connectivity.

Vendor Management:

Collaborate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT-related products and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Proven experience in Windows Server administration and network management.

Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, VMware) is a plus.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Windows Server environments.

Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

Experience with VMware and Office 365 administration.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
