Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager/Team Lead - CRM to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely collections, handling stakeholder management, and maintaining accurate MIS reports.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in handling documentation for property registration and loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with the entire customer base assigned, ensuring constant engagement with customers during the life cycle and moments of planned spontaneity.
- Customer Support: Assist customers on bank loans disbursements, receipt demand letters, and statement of accounts.
- MIS and Collection Forecast: Maintain MIS and closely work with the team for preparation of collection forecasts.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and site teams for customer updates.
- Query Resolution: Meet customers to solve queries and ensure 100% satisfactory resolution.
- Post-TAT Booking Customer Services: Manage post-TAT booking customer services till delivery/possession stage.
- Timely Payment Collections: Ensure timely payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress, sending reminders, and ensuring TDS payments.
