Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes to meet quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  
• Develop engineering drawings and specifications for new products or modifications to existing ones.
  
• Participate in commercial negotiations with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
