Job Title Assistant Manager Digital Content Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven individual to join our team as Assistant Manager for Digital Content Designer
Position Overview
As a Digital Content Designer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing engaging and
informative digital content across various platforms to enhance the marketing and customer engagement efforts of
the broking business. This includes designing content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, video tutorials, and
other digital touchpoints, aiming to educate, engage current and potential customers while supporting the
businesss marketing and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content Strategy and Planning
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to develop content strategies that align
with the overall marketing and engagement goals of the broking business.
• Plan and create a content calendar with key themes, product promotions, and educational resources for the
broking and non-broking audience
• Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to create relevant, timely, and engaging content that
resonates with the target market.
2) Content Creation and Design
• Design and produce a variety of digital content (images, infographics, videos, blogs, articles, podcasts, and
social media posts) tailored to the needs of the broking industry.
• Create high-quality graphics, banners, animations, and multimedia assets to promote the company’s broking
services, market insights, and educational content
• Design and produce explainer videos and tutorials that explain complex broking concepts, stock market
trends, and investment strategies in an easy-to-understand manner for clients.
• Develop visually impactful landing pages, microsites, and content assets for specific marketing campaigns or
promotions related to the broking business.
• Design email templates, newsletters, and email assets that are visually appealing, easy to read, and
optimized for mobile devices.
• Design assets for website updates, blog posts, and product pages, ensuring that content is visually cohesive
and designed for optimal user experience.
3) Brand Consistency & Visual Identity
• Ensure that all content produced aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity, maintaining
consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the design team to create and refine visual assets, ensuring that all content adheres to the
company’s design standards and brand guidelines.
• Maintain the company’s visual identity across all digital channels and materials, ensuring consistency in the
use of colours, fonts, logos, and other brand assets.
4) Collaboration with Cross functional Teams
• Work closely with the product marketing, customer support, and analytics teams to create content that
addresses customer pain points, supports product launches, and fosters long-term client engagement.
• Partner with the sales team to develop content that supports lead generation efforts and addresses the
needs of high-value clients.
• Collaborate with content writers, strategists, and product managers to create assets that align with the
overall messaging and business objectives.
• Provide design support for internal presentations, product decks, and reports.
5) Performance Tracking and Reporting
• Analyse the performance of digital designs (e.g., CTR, engagement, conversion rates) and suggest design
improvements based on data-driven insights
• Conduct A/B testing on digital assets (e.g., banners, landing pages, email designs) to identify which designs
resonate best with the target audience.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the visual appeal and
effectiveness of marketing content.
Experience
1) Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or related field
2) Certifications in Adobe Creative Suit, UX/UI design, or Digital Marketing are a plus
3) Min 1 year of experience in digital design, preferably in the financial services, broking, or fintech industry
4) Proven experience creating content across omni-channels
5) Create content related to market trends, stock trading, investment tips and financial news. Use storytelling
techniques to explain financial concepts in ways that draws conversions.
6) Strong portfolio showcasing design work for digital platforms and marketing campaigns
7) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Corel
Draw
8) Experience with HTML and CSS (basic knowledge for web design), or working knowledge of CMS platforms
like WordPress, Shopify, etc.
9) Familiarity with financial concepts and the ability to visualize complex data in an easily digestible format
(e.g., infographics, charts).
10) Experience in video editing and motion graphics for creating engaging video content

8) Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to drive growth and gain a competitive edge
Specifics
● Compensation: 5 – 9 lac per annum
● Date of joining: 1 – 3 months
● Location: Goregaon (E), Mumbai
● Reports to: Senior Manager – Retail Product
