Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Audit professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate CA with 3 years of Articleship experience, hold ACCA with specialization in Auditing, or have an MCom/MBA with 2+ years of hands-on experience in auditing.
In this role, you will oversee audit projects, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with auditing standards.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Lead and manage audit teams through the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments.
- Review audit work papers and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to applicable standards.
- Develop and implement effective audit strategies and methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in financial operations, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate audit findings to clients and deliver clear, concise, and practical recommendations.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary guidance and support.
- Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their professional development and audit skills.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, auditing standards, and industry practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall objectives of the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:.
ACCA with a specialization in Auditing.
MCom/MBA with 2+ years of experience in auditing.
Skills & Requirements:.
Strong proficiency in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, trial balances, reconciliations, and other financial reports.
Deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, Peachtree, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
Basic familiarity with Draft Works accounting software is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
High level of commitment, reliability, and attention to detail.
