Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Client Management
- Convert B2C leads that come in via Facebook ad campaigns
- Client servicing for clients enquiring about decor services

2. Business Development
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with event planners, wedding planners, luxury clubs, and hotels
- Negotiate partnerships and collaborate on joint marketing initiatives

3. Stakeholder Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

This role requires a strong understanding of the events industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.
Salary Structure: Fixed + Variable Amount

Other requirements:

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients and close deals.

2. Experience in identifying, negotiating, and executing successful partnerships

3. A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong work ethic.

Previous experience in Sales is preferred
