Analyst - Equity Markets

We are looking for candidates with experience in Equity markets with a successful track record in the implementation of profitable trading strategies (from ideation to execution i.e. research, design, back-test and execution)

Responsibilities:

Design and develop algorithmic strategies with short holding periods to generate alpha while dealing in Cash Equities / ETFs / Futures in International Markets

Market-making in Equities and related future contracts on multiple international exchanges

Develop relative values strategies within various correlated markets in Equities space

Analyze market trends, financial data rigorously back-test strategies

Continuously refine and optimize algorithms based on market feedback

Collaborate with the technology team to implement strategies

Education Qualifications

• Possess a degree in a highly analytical field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science from top schools (IITs, BITS, etc.)

Work Experience

• Atleast 2 years of experience in International Equities Markets with Futures understanding and expertise at the core.

Skill Set

• Experience in pair-trading
• Excellent analytical, quantitative problem-solving skills and strong work-ethics
• Technology skills - Ability to code in C++ back-test using python or other tools
• Experience in quantitative research statistical analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
