Analah is a tech-enabled Private Equity, Insurance and Mutual Fund platform, built by Analah Capital Private Limited, headquartered in BKC, Mumbai, with its Corporate office in Jaipur, Ajmer and Ahmedabad.

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer who can independently lead the design initiatives across all verticals at Analah Capital Private Limited, supporting our marketing and business development efforts.

Location: Mumbai

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visual content across digital and print platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, visually engaging designs that align with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visual content for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and engaging visuals across all platforms.
• Maintain and ensure brand consistency in all designs while exploring new creative opportunities.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Prepare design files for digital and print use, ensuring proper formatting and specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and implement them in relevant projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in design tools.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently while working collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Tools and Software Requirements:

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Proficiency in all essential for both print and digital design).
• Figma or Sketch: For UI/UX and collaborative design work.
• CorelDRAW (Optional): For additional print design capabilities.
• After Effects or Premiere Pro: Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Canva: For quick, lightweight graphic design tasks.
• Microsoft Office: PowerPoint for creating visually appealing presentations.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Basic understanding for web design and collaboration with developers.
