About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a key member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' digital visions to life. You will be responsible for translating creative designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance, and user friendly web experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate designs (mockups, wireframes, and prototypes) into clean, efficient, and cross-browser compatible HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.

- Develop and implement responsive web designs that adapt seamlessly across various devices (desktops, tablets, and mobile).

- Integrate with backend APIs and services to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.

- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs, adhering to industry best practices and brand guidelines.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including ES6+).

- In-depth knowledge of modern front-end development methodologies and best practices.

- Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).

- Expertise in JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a strong plus.

- Experience with animation libraries (e.g., GreenSock GSAP, PixiJS, CreateJS, AnimeJS) is a plus.

- Develop user-centered and accessible web experiences that are intuitive and easy to use.

- Collaborate closely with UX designers to understand user needs and translate them into effective and engaging user interfaces.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience.

- Work effectively within an Agile development environment, collaborating with designers, backend developers, and project managers.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in front-end technologies, including new frameworks, libraries, and best practices.

- Explore and experiment with new technologies to enhance development efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 3-8 years of professional experience in front-end web development.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including ES6+).

- Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).

- Excellent understanding of responsive web design principles.

- Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect implementation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred :

- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).

- Experience with animation libraries (e.g., GreenSock GSAP, PixiJS).
