QA Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Specialist to manage governance and quality assurance processes within an agile environment. The ideal candidate will ensure scope, time, quality, and incident management are effectively executed to deliver measurable and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Scope Management:

• Oversee change control, user stories, and requirement documentation.
• Ensure design, UX, and functional requirements align with business KPIs and maximize Adobe technology investments.
• Scope interfaces and applications to meet achievable brand and business goals.

Time Management:

• Manage agile ceremonies and task allocations to meet sprint objectives.
• Mitigate risks to minimize delays and ensure timely, quality output.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure deliverables meet predefined quality gates and KPIs.
• Author and execute test cases, ensuring all defects are addressed before LoB testing.
• Maintain documentation and traceability between requirements, test cases, and outcomes.

Incident and Resource Management:

• Manage production incidents and hot fixes per the incident management process.
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization across sprints.

Process Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements, focusing on automation and KPI tracking.
• Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring issues.

Key Deliverables (Initial and Steady States):

• Completion of user stories and accurate architecture designs.
• Improved story completion rate and velocity metrics.
• Reduced code defects and on-time documentation delivery.
• Positive improvements in incident management and process efficiency.
