Role & responsibilities
l Complete Store Operations, Performance Management,team work in the store.
l Maintain all relevant reports to keep a track of the progress level.
l Ensure Planning & Availability of the stocks.
l Adherence to SOPs
l Being able t deliver the right mix of the product and services.
l Visual Merchandising
l Collect accurate & timely market intelligence & trends to enhance business.
l Handling team reviews & team briefings.
l Ensuring the deliveries & adherence to store audits via the team.
l Handling escalations on priority.
l Create healthy environment.
l Lead the team by example, with an eye to detail with regards to the business.
l Possess excellent communication and customer handling skill.
l Should have worked in Premium Brand / Upmarket Segment Store / High End Retail / Cluster Manager in LF Retail chains.
l Should have handled a team of minimum (10 members) for at least 2-3 years
l Computer savvy, especially handling reports and generating them in Excel.
l Possess good leadership skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills.
l Conflict Resolution.
l Conceptual knowledge.
l Able to multitask.
