About the Role
As an Outbound Sales Executive, you will engage potential clients through cold/warm calls, build strong relationships, and close deals. Your focus will be on delivering compelling product presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a Night Shift role suited for a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold/warm calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
  • Maintain sales records and timely documentation on CRM.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in customer service to align efforts, leverage resources, and maximize sales opportunities.
What To Bring
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software.
  • Thorough understanding of Sales and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
  • Graduation.
