Job Description :

Lead Data Scientist with strong expertise in language models, speech recognition, conversational AI, and large language models (LLMs).

Responsible for developing state-of-the-art language-based models, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and speech-to-text systems, while driving innovations in natural language understanding.

Key Responsibilities :

- Research and Development of language models (LLMs) and speech recognition models to support conversational AI solutions.

- Develop and fine-tune transformer-based models (e., BERT, GPT) for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other natural language applications.

- Design and build solutions for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice-enabled AI systems.

- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Stay ahead of the curve in the AI/ML space, experimenting with cutting-edge techniques and models to bring innovative solutions to the team.

What to Bring :

- 6-8 years of experience in natural language processing, conversational AI, or speech modeling.

- Strong expertise in transformer-based models (e., BERT, GPT, T5) and LLM development.

- Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and libraries such as Hugging Face.

- Experience in building and deploying chatbots, voice assistants, or similar AI-powered applications.

- Excellent programming skills in Python, with knowledge of AI/ML tools and hands on experience on any of the Cloud platforms.

- Adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
