Technical Lead (React) - Amla Commerce

Position Summary:

We are seeking React Lead with expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS to lead our development team and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for architecture design, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, anda passion for building cutting-edge solutions.

Job Location: Nagpur & Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Manage code reviews, resolve technical issues, and enforce coding standards.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in web development with a focus on ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using NextJS.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs, GraphQL knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern front-end styling frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
• Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.
• Exposure to performance optimization and monitoring tools.
