English Teacher (TGT)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons to students according to the school's curriculum guidelines.
  
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records of attendance and grades.
  
• Develop and implement co-curriculum activities such as sports, music, art programs, etc.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies and improve overall academic performance.
  
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school administration tasks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as an English teacher (TGT).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or Master's degree in English (M.A).
  
• Strong knowledge of English literature, language, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with children aged 11-16 years old.
