Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake high-quality buns with a soft, fluffy texture and a signature coffee caramel glaze, following precise recipes and techniques.
• Innovate and refine recipes to maintain and enhance the signature flavor and texture of our buns.
• Manage baking schedules to ensure consistent production and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new flavors, toppings, or variations to expand the menu.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of quality ingredients.
• Train junior staff or assistants on specialized techniques and baking processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in baking, preferably with expertise in Papparoti-style or similar specialty buns.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, proofing, baking, and glazing techniques.
• Creativity and passion for innovation in baking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and excellence in every batch.
• Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and baking tools.
• Certification in baking or culinary arts is a plus.
