Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review of process flow diagram.
- Preparation and review of P&ID.
- Preparation of process data sheets for process and utility equipment.
- Equipment layout preparation/review.
- Review of line schedule and material BOQ as per P&ID.
- Preparation of bar chart in MS Projects.
- Getting offers and making technical comparison.
- Design of scrubber system/heat exchangers/package systems.
- Tracking of equipment deliveries.
- Coordination with contractor for equipment installation and piping work.
- Testing and commissioning of projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-6 years of experience in Design Engineering (Chemical) with a degree in B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software for preparing detailed engineering drawings.
- Strong understanding of chemical processing plant operations and equipment selection/specification.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
