Role Details /Responsibilities : Major Job Duties as listed below but not Limited to

• Active alert Monitoring, investigating, correlate and Evidence collection of the events/ Alarms triggered in the SIEM Solutions.
• Responding to the known alerts that triggered in the Security Tools, performing the SOAR Actions upon approvals from the clients.
• Report writings and creating clients monthly meeting presentations as required.
• Researching the ongoing incidents/Breaches/Zero-day Attacks, vulnerabilities etc. and notifying the clients.
• Shall document user activity monitoring triggers and behavioural indicators, which will be utilised to identify potential insider threats. Identify gaps and create necessary adjustments to account for them.
• Assisting L2, L3 SOC Analysts in Playbooks creation.
• Documenting the SOC Policies and procedures.
• Perform analysis of log files from a variety of sources (e.g Firewalls, Switches, AD, DNS...)
• Updating and managing Client documentation, Information, reports in SharePoint.
