  • Application Knowledge: Experience in Diagnostic Laboratory (expertise of preparing laboratory stains - Hematology & Microbiology)
  • Documentation related knowledge: IQ, OQ & PQ documentation knowledge, Validation process in Chain of Labs and Hospitals. Trainings: Products training to team, customers, distributor
  • Hematology Product & Market Insight: Exceptionally good Knowledge & Understanding about IVD Products, IVD Stainer Market Requirements, Competitor Awareness and Knowledge of the territory.
  • Strong Customer/Laboratory Relationship: Well connected & strong relations with Pathologists, Diagnostic Centers & Hospitals of the region.
  • Must have hands on experience in preparing blood smears, microbiology slides and must be well versed with different staining protocols.
