AMCARE HOSPITAL Zirakpur is looking for RMO / IP Coordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards, vulnerabilities, and exposures within the organization. Analyze data, processes, and systems to identify areas of risk and develop risk profiles for various departments and projects.
Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk management strategies and initiatives to minimize the impact of identified risks. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to design and implement risk control measures, policies, and procedures. Monitor the effectiveness of these measures and update them as needed.
Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate risks to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures. Stay informed about emerging risks and industry best practices to proactively address potential threats. Develop and maintain risk registers and reports to track identified risks and their mitigation status.
Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to address and manage potential crises or emergencies. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a timely and effective response to incidents, including communication strategies, resource allocation, and post-incident analysis.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to risk management. Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to ensure the organization's risk management practices align with industry best practices.
Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on risk management principles, practices, and policies. Promote a risk-aware culture within the organization and encourage employees to report potential risks and incidents promptly.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on the organization's risk exposure, mitigation efforts, and incident response activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of risk assessments, mitigation plans, incident reports, and related records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Risk Manager) may be preferred.
Proven experience in risk management, preferably in a corporate or financial institution setting.
Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to risk management (e.g., ISO 31000).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritize risks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and communicate complex risk concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in risk management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
