We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in our expanding construction and AI-based solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and market expansion within the infrastructure, government projects, and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth targets in line with organizational goals.
Client Acquisition & Retention : Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with government departments, real estate firms, and construction clients across India and target international markets such as Africa.
Market Research & Networking : Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to ensure a strong market presence. Attend industry events and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and CXO-level executives.
Proposal & Contract Management : Oversee the development of proposals, bids, and contract negotiations to maximize revenue potential.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
Revenue & Performance Targets : Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior business development team members to drive overall team success.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience : 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the infrastructure, construction, or technology sectors. Proven experience in government project handling is a plus.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Analytical thinker with excellent market research capabilities.
