• Responsible for sales of loan against property or secured loan through direct channel.
• Responsible for evaluating the proposal in line with Company Credit Policy.
• Responsible for logging in positive proposals in the system
• Responsible for collections from Overdue Customers.
• Meets Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets assigned.
• Builds and maintains long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
• Leads and coordinates contract negotiations for a successful close, and handles complaints or objections.","
