ambika developers is looking for LEGAL & LIASONING Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Provide legal advice and support to the organization's management team and employees Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents Manage the organization's legal affairs, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings Represent the organization in legal disputes and negotiations Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate legal risk Work with government and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals Develop and maintain positive relationships with government and regulatory bodies to promote the organization's interests Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization and advise the management team accordingly Conduct legal research and analysis to support the organization's decision-making Prepare reports and presentations on legal and regulatory issues for the management team and other stakeholders.
