Manager / Senior Executive - Supply Chain & Management

Job Description:

1. Cost process control on all Fabric & Trim Purchases.

2. Advise required cad marker as per garment size ratios and advise consumption as per standard to incorporate in indent.

3. Check width and other fabric details like Print, Checks, Strips, Embroidery repeats to incorporate in consumption.

4. Trims details checking as per the style BOM/Sample and consumption.

5. Ensures all material costs is within the budgeted cost.

6. Merchandising ordering process control with relevant documents & Sample.

7. Maximum utilization of stock before proceeding for Purchase order.

8. Minimum Order Qty., (MOQ) with wastage % ordering control.

9. Actual Wastage monitor & control.

10. Leftover raw materials and finished goods track and control.

11. Generate MIS reports like material ordering pending list, Material ordering timeline, Style punch in system, PCD delays etc.,

12 . Liability maintenance of material change from buyer or cancelled orders.

Candidate - Male or Female must be Mobile and self-driven

Age Between 35 to 45 years

Education : NIFT / Engg Graduate/Graduate / Diploma Holder - with minimum of 5 years of experience in the Relevant Filed and overall 10 to 15 years of experience preferred

Experience in : Apparel Industry / Factory Merchandising / CAD - Preferred

System :

Proficiency in MS - Excel / PPT / ERP

Languages: English/Tamil/Hindi

Note:

- Must be willing to Relocate to Chennai quickly
